Hey there gals! This first and special edition of Throwback Thursday is dedicated to back in May when we shot the Lookbook for June: That 70's Look. Our location for the shoot was the amazing Hotel Plaza de Armas in Old San Juan. This time we ditched the white background and decided to venture out and choose a location where the styles would look "at home" and where that vintage ambiance would be enhanced. Which lead us to the Hotel Plaza de Armas.
Hotel Plaza de Armas is a cozy historic hotel in the heart of Old San Juan. Located in the Plaza de Armas, it is the best place to stay since you are automatically in walking distance of historic locations, museums, galleries, first-rate shopping, restaurants, bars and lounges. They also provide complimentary WIFI in public areas and organic in-room amenities. If you are on business instead, not to worry because they have meeting space available for all type of events! Also, their lounge area is to die for, which is why we chose to shoot here!
But, I must say, the best part is the crew and the service. From the moment we started exchanging emails to the moment we walked into the hotel, Patricia González - the hotel's sales manager, was very attentive and accomodating. Immediately they made us feel at home and let us take over their public areas for the shoot. Everyone was cordial, friendly and had a great attitude. As cozy as the hotel is, it's the team of employees is what really make it feel homey. To sum it all up, the amazing experience you will receive in Hotel Plaza de Armas is a perfect combination of extraordinary service and a beautiful place.
