What?! Yes, 2 x 1 on Mondays!
Creo que no hay mejor manera de dejar la monotonía de los lunes que con buena comida, ¿y qué mejor que sushi? Lo bueno es que PF Chang's tiene un menú que se ajusta a todo tipo de estilo de vida - como la vegetariana/vegana. // I think there's no better way to stop monotony on Mondays than with good food, and what better than sushi? The good thing is that PF Chang's has a menu that fits all kinds of lifestyles - like vegetarian / vegan.
En su menú de happy hour de sushi tienen el Veggie Roll. Relleno de setas, espárragos y zanahorias, y coronado con mango, aguacate y cherry tomatoes, este Veggie Roll creará una explosión de sabores en tu paladar. // In their sushi happy hour menu they have the Veggie Roll. Stuffed with mushrooms, asparagus and carrots, and topped with mango, avocado and cherry tomatoes, this Veggie Roll will create an explosion of flavors on your palate.
Los drinks no pueden faltar, it's happy hour after all... En esta ocasión disfruté de un, bueno dos, Straberry Ginger Margaritas, las cuales estaban divinas. El hint de jengibre es sútil pero le da el toque especial a este trago. // Now, it's happy hour without the drinks! This time I enjoyed a, well two, Straberry Ginger Margaritas, which were divine. The hint of ginger is subtle but it gives the right extra flavor to this drink.
Yo no sé ustedes, pero parte del fun, y hasta diría que es mi parte favorita de comer en PF Chang's, es el abrir los fortune cookies y ver que nos depara la fortuna dentro de ellas. Esta galletita resultó ser súper straightforward y positiva, hasta puedo decir que bastante verídica. Siempre llegan oportunidades maravillosas, sonbre todo cuando se trabaja fuerte y con pasión. // I don't know about you, but part of the fun, and I would even say it's my favorite part of eating at PF Chang's, is to break open the fortune cookies and see what the future holds. This cookie turned out to be super straightforward and positive, I can even say that pretty true. Wonderful opportunities always come, especially when you work hard and do it with passion.
